Terms and Conditions

Interior design fee’s to be paid 50% to start the project and 50% after the design process is completed, until the
full design payment is paid the designs remain full copy right to Rahael Reid Interiors.

If the design fee is less, then £2,500 design fee will need to be paid in full for the design to commence.
When the design fee is received your project will be scheduled into the advised timeline.
From the design brief if we are then given a different brief after we have designed to the original brief, an additional design fee will be implemented.

Design and installation must be completed within 90 days of the design start date, else additional hourly fees
and storage fees may apply.

All items bought for the project to be paid in full on date of order by bank transfer.
All Items are ordered bespoke and therefore can not be returned, unless the item is faulty.
Rachael Reid Interiors cannot be held responsible for any delays from manufacturers or suppliers if they move
the scheduled delivery date.

Should any damages be discovered on items please take a photograph within 24hrs of installation and send to
rachael@reidgroup.co.uk if in agreement of damage/ fault we will make the necessary arrangements.
Rachael Reid Interiors will photograph work done and this will be added to our marketing portfolio.

Items in the design must be supplied through Rachael Reid Interiors.
CGI’s can be edited once before further fees will be applied.
Design fees are nonrefundable.
